• Labor notes: timestamped birth events, clinical observations, and notes you log during labor sessions
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full card number
• Communications: messages sent through the app between doulas, clients, and support team members

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device type, operating system, browser type
• Usage data: features used, screens visited, actions taken within the app
• Log data: IP address, access times, pages viewed

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the DoulaFlow service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional communications: receipts, password resets, labor summary notifications, appointment reminders
• Send product updates, new features, and news about DoulaFlow only if you have given explicit consent during signup

DoulaFlow is currently in beta. During the beta period:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions

• Feedback you provide during the beta period may be used to improve the product
